These burritos are my go to breakfast almost every Saturday. They are really tasty, and I hope you enjoy them as much as me!

- 1 Pack of Extra Firm Tofu, water pressed out
- 1 Cup of Chopped Kale
- 1/2 Cup of Diced Onion
- 2 Tablespoons of Nutritional Yeast
- 1 Tablespoon of Chili Powder
- 1 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon of Tumeric
- 4 Burrito Size Tortillas
- Avocado (optional)
Place tofu in a large bowl and crumble with a fork.
Add nutritional yeast, chili powder, garlic powder, and turmeric to bowl with tofu and mix in.
In a non stick pan or pan coated with cooking spray, heat onion for 3 minutes.
Add tofu to pan.
Cook tofu for 5 minutes.
Add chopped kale to pan and continue to cook for 5 more minutes.
Place tofu mix into burritos. Top with salsa and avocado.
Roll them up, and enjoy!
