I have not done a dessert in awhile. I figured it was time. This is one of my favorites! You will need to plan ahead and freeze some bananas though. When I buy bananas, I will usually just throw a few in some zip locks and place them in the freezer. You will also need a food processor for this. I have not tried to use a blender, but I would imagine you could use it.
Estimated Cost Per Serving: $2.00
Ingredients
- 2 Frozen Bananas
- 1 Tablespoon of Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1/3 Cup of Non Dairy Milk
- 1 Teaspoon of Agave Nectar
Method
Step 1
Cut frozen bananas into 1 inch pieces.
Step 2
Place banana slices, cocoa, non dairy milk, and agave into a food processor.
Step 3
Pulse until ingredients are mixed together and is a smooth creamy texture. You may have to add more non dairy milk.
Step 4
Enjoy!
