Orange Julius

It’s getting hot here in San Francisco, and this hit the spot.  A quick and easy way to cool down and relive a childhood favorite.

Ingredients

  • 1 can of orange juice concentrate (6 oz)
  • 1/4 cup of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 1 cup of vanilla milk (almond, soy, etc)
  • 1 cup of water
  • 12 ice cubes

Method

Step 1

Add everything to the blender, except the ice cubes.

Step 2

Blend together, and then add an ice cube at a time, continuing to blend.

Step 3

Serve immediately.
