Fall is here, and Halloween is getting closer!  These Pumpkin Pie Shakes are a  fun and tasty treat. Try serving them in small hallowed out pumpkins!

Estimated Cost Per Serving: $1.18 – 2.30

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups of Vanilla Bean Coconut Ice Cream (or any non dairy vanilla ice cream)
  • 1 Cup of Almond or Soy Milk
  • 2/3 Cup of Canned Pumpkin
  • 1/4 Cup of Brown Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon of Pumpkin Pie Seasoning
  • Dash of Cinnamon

Method

Step 1

Place all ingredients except the cinnamon in a blender, and blend until mixed.

Step 2

Pour in glasses, and sprinkle top with cinnamon.
