Two Legit to Quit Smoothie

Been seeing those two tone smoothies floatin’ around the interweb and thought, “hey I can do that!” So I DID. It’s as yummy as it is pretty. The recipe calls for Chocolate Avocado Pudding so check that out too.

Ingredients

  • Chocolate Layer:
  • 1 frozen banana
  • half a banana (fresh)
  • 2-3 spoonfuls of avocado chocolate pudding (see notes above) or 1/2 tablespoon of coco powder
  • 3 dates
  • a spoonful of peanut butter
  • coconut water
  • Strawberry Layer:
  • 5 strawberries
  • half a frozen banana
  • half a banana
  • 1 t hemp seeds
  • small handful of blueberries
  • coconut water

Method

Step 1

Blend each layer separately, pour into one glass and top with fresh fruit!

Step 2

SLURP DOWN
