Next in my series of easy, inexpensive versatile meals is a Quinoa Salad. I used this recipe in the video, but really it’s just a guide. Once you make the quinoa, the possibilities for spicing it up are endless. You can do any kinds of olives, chopped spinach or kale, garlic, finely chopped steamed carrots, and more!
