I’m always in search of a new vegan breakfast. I found these oats from Laura Miller’s  Raw Vegan Sidesaddle Kitchen. It’s definitely not a quick, spur of the moment meal but with a little planning ahead you’ll have a fun new breakfast for the week. Oh and groats are buckwheat. Get the whole kernel not the buckwheat made for oatmeal.  After you make the groats you can eat it with the cashew cream and apples or even just with milk like regular cereal.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups buckwheat groats, soaked 1 hour
