Bake the Gardein Crispy Tenders based on the package directions In a medium bowl, mix together 1 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 tbsp. sesame oil, 2 tbsp. brown sugar, 1/8 cup olive oil, and ¼ cup rice vinegar. Set aside. In a large bowl, combine the romaine lettuce, cilantro, carrot, green onion, and mandarin oranges (if using).
Crunch the unopened instant ramen packet. Make sure it’s broken in small pieces. Remove the seasoning packet and pour half of the crunchy broken up noodles in the salad bowl.
Toss the salad and serve it in individual bowls with dressing and chopped Gardein Crispy Tenders.
