I make this easy avocado sauce as part of my weekly meal prep regularly. It makes a simple and flavorful sauce that goes with a variety of foods. 

Sometimes I leave it a little thicker to make creamy avocado dip to use for snacks or a dipping sauce for crispy tofu sticks and other times I add more water and thin it out to make a creamy avocado dressing for salads and bowls.

  • 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar (or white vinegar)
  • 2 Tablespoons of water
  • 1 Tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 2 Tablespoons of fresh parsley
