No Egg Salad Sandwiches

If you’re looking for a quick, healthy, nutritious meal to whip together after a tough work out at the gym, this is my new go-to!


  • 1 container of No Egg Salad by Cedarlane
  • 2 Tbsp finely chopped yellow onion
  • 2 Tbsp relish
  • 3 sandwich rolls
  • ¼ cup vegan mayo
  • 1 orange bell pepper, sliced


Step 1

In a medium bowl, mix together the No Egg Salad, 2 Tbsp finely chopped yellow onion, and 2 Tbsp. relish.

Step 2

Cut your sandwich rolls in half, if necessary.

Step 3

Slather a dollop of vegan mayo onto the sandwich rolls.

Step 4

Add No Egg Salad filling to each sandwich, topped with 2 -3 slices of orange bell pepper
