Simple Roasted Mushrooms

These are super easy yet oh so delicious. I love the deep mushroom flavor that comes out when you roast them. I can eat these by themselves but they’re great in pasta, on pizza, toast or anything else you can think of!



  • 12 oz Cremini Mushrooms, sliced thickly
  • 1 tsp freshly ground Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried Thyme
  • 1/4 tsp Salt, or to taste
  • 3 tbsp Water




Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and toss well to combine.

Step 3

Spread the mushrooms evenly on the baking sheet and bake for 18 minutes, stirring halfway through baking time.
