Soyrizo Quesadilla

BY : PUBLISHED : March 10th, 2014 UPDATED: February 2nd, 2022

This is so very quick and easy to make and it's totally kid friendly especially if you and your kiddos like regular chorizo. I know meat eaters who say this tastes like the real deal if not better.  Make it for lunches, Meatless Mondays, even just for a snack! I made this 3 times last week. When I find something I like, I like the crap outta it!

Add a little salsa (or if your me add chips inside).
