This dish takes a little longer than usual, clocking in around 35 minutes total, and around 6 bucks for 3 servings (not including the staples which I already had), but it’s worth it. Yeah, there is some sugar, and some oil, and some sodium. But let’s get a little crazy.
I didn’t become a fan of tofu or bok choy until I became vegan, but now I love both. They are great for you and can really be used in so many ways.
