Need a easy and cutie dessert? If you have a food processor these are a breeze to make. The recipe has only a few ingredients and it’s quick to make. (Although they need to firm up in the freezer for a bit). Get creative and Throw in whatever you like!
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1 Tablespoon coconut oil
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup raw pecans
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 2 Tablespoons dried cherries or dried cranberries
- 1 Tablespoon shredded coconut
- 2 Tablespoons agave
- Pinch of salt
Method
Step 1
Boil a pot of water with a steam basket over it. Put chocolate chips, coconut oil, and pinch of salt in a heat safe bowl and place it in steam basket. Stir occasionally to heat evenly. Once completely melted, remove from heat and set aside.
Step 2
Put all other ingredients into a food processor and pulse, scraping down the sides as needed. Should be a coarse mixture with no full sized nuts.
Step 3
It will be sticky! Using your hands, form little bite sized balls.
Step 4
Put a few balls in the chocolate at a time and coat them. Put in a baking dish and place in the freezer to firm up (Maybe like 30 minutes).
Step 5
CHOW DOWN!
