Zucchini chips are my new favorite snack. You can flavor them with any spice you have in your pantry. I made a mixture that consisted of pepper, nutritional yeast and paprika — it was yummy!
Ingredients
- 1 large zucchini, thinly sliced
- your choice of spices
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Step 2
Line zucchini slices (as shown). Try not to have too much overlapping zucchini, they'll be soggy if they don't cook all the way through.
Step 3
Brush olive oil lightly, sprinkle with spices of your choice. Place in preheated oven for ten minutes, rotate and let bake for an additional 15 minutes. Make sure to keep an eye on them.
Step 4
Let cool for 5 minutes and enjoy! It's best to eat them fresh out of the oven, they don't keep well.
