Make this balsamic oil-free salad dressing in just TWO minutes – it’s sweet, tangy, and delicious but also low-fat, low-calories, gluten-free, WFPB, and vegan!  Perfect for salads, grilled veggies, dipping, and more.

Ingredients – 4 Tbsp of balsamic vinegar – 1 Tbsp of dijon mustard – 1 Tbsp of brown sugar or agave – 1 Tbsp of water – Juice of ½ lemon

Instructions – Whisk all ingredients together in jar with a lid. – Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to a week.

Storage Instructions: Store the oil-free vegan salad dressing in an airtight container or mason jar in the refrigerator for 1-2 weeks, shaking or whisking it between servings.
