Green Goddess Dressing

This Green Goddess Dressing will become the star of most of your homemade creations! Eat it with roasted veggies, a loaded salad or some colorful buddha bowl!

Ingredients

– 1 large ripe avocado  – 2 to 3 medium garlic cloves – 1/2 C of Italian parsley – 3 chives – 2 tbsp of mint – 2 tbsp of basil – ½ C of water – 1 ½ tbsp of agave or maple syrup – 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar – Juice of ½ lime – Pinch of salt – Crushed red pepper flakes for garnish optional

Place all the ingredients into a food processor or high-speed blender, and blend on high until completely creamy.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
