This oil-free baked zucchini fries recipe yields veggie fries that are wonderfully crisp on the outside with a tender middle, perfect as a healthier alternative to deep-fried fries.
– 1 to 2 small zucchinis– 1 C of bread crumbs– 1 tsp of paprika– 1 tsp of chili powder– 1 C of all-purpose flour– ½ cup of unsweetened plain plant-based milk– ½ tsp of seasoned salt– Sea salt and pepper to taste
