Berry Lemon Smoothie

We have the perfect fresh smoothie for you! This thirst-quenching berry lemon smoothie is so delicious and easy to whip up!

Ingredients

– 1 C of fresh or frozen blackberries – 1 C of fresh or frozen blueberries – 2 C of purple grape juice – 3-4 mint leaves – 1/2 tbsp of lemon rind lemon rind – 1 tbsp of lemon juice – 10 ice cubes (if you’re using fresh berries) – Lemon slices, for garnish – Mint, for garnish

Throw all ingredients in a blender and mix well. To be fancy, pour the smoothie in a glass and garnish with a lemon slice (as pictured).
