– 14 to 16 oz of extra firm tofu– ½ C of cornstarch– ¼ C of water– 2 Tbsp of soy sauce– ½ C of breadcrumbs– 1 Tbsp of nutritional yeast– Pinch of salt– ¼ C of vegetable oil– ½ C of bbq sauce
Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.Dip the tofu strips into the cornstarch mixture until evenly coated and immediately press into the breadcrumbs until all sides of the tofu are completely covered.
