– 1 C of rolled oats divided
– ¼ tsp of salt
– ¼ tsp of cinnamon
– 1 tbsp of ground flaxseed
– 1 tsp of vanilla extract
– 2 tbsp of liquid sweetener I use an agave/ maple syrup mixture
– 2 tbsp of melted coconut oil
– ½ ripe banana
– ¼ C of rolled oats left un-blended
– ¼ C of chocolate chips or cacao nibs to make it raw
