Sometimes you just have to go back to basics. This creamy and delicious Classic Hummus is the perfect example!
– 15 oz of garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
– 2 garlic cloves
– 1/4 C of tahini
– 2 tbsp of lemon juice
– 3 tbsp of water
– 1 tsp of ground cumin
– Salt, to taste
– Garnish: 1 tsp of Olive oil and ½ tsp of cumin
In a food processor or blender, blend all the ingredients on high until completely smooth.
To garnish drizzle the olive and sprinkle cumin on top.
