– 1 C of vegan butter, softened– 1 C of granulated sugar– 1 C of packed brown sugar– 1/4 C of plain applesauce– 3/4 C of peanut butter– 2 tsp of vanilla extract– 1/2 tsp of salt– 1 tsp of baking soda– 2 tsp of hot water– 3 C of all-purpose flour– 2 C of vegan chocolate chips
