Creamy Lemon Ice Pops

Ingredients

– 1 1/2 C of plant-based milk – 1/2 C of sugar – Zest and juice of 1 lemon

In a medium bowl, whisk together the sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest until well-combined.

Pour in the almond milk and stir to combine. Pour into your ice pop molds and freeze for 3 hours or until frozen solid.
