Crispy Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts
Achieve super crispy Brussels Sprouts at home using your Air Fryer! They are garlicky, with perfectly crunchy outer layers and core so tender every bite is a delight to the senses.
– 1 lb brussels sprouts fresh, washed and dried
– 1 tsp olive oil
– 3 cloves garlic minced
– ⅛ tsp salt
– pepper, to taste
– 1 tbsp soy sauce
– ½ tbsp balsamic vinegar
Trim the ends of the brussels sprouts and cut them in half.
In a large bowl, toss the brussels sprouts, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper, until the brussels sprouts are evenly coated.
Place the halves in a single layer in your airfryer and cook for 7 minutes at 340 degrees F. Remove the basket and shake it, then cook again for 6 to 7 minutes at 340 degrees F.
Place them back into the large bowl and pour in the soy sauce and balsamic vinegar. Stir until evenly coated.
