– ½ medium yellow onion– 1 small carrot– ½ block of extra firm tofu drained and pressed– ¼ C of teriyaki sauce– ¼ C of soy sauce– 1 (50 count) pack of wonton wraps– Oil for deep frying– Sweet and sour sauce for dipping optional
Once the mixture has cooled, apply 1 tablespoon of the mixture in the center of a wonton wrap. Fold the wrapper in half to form a triangle using a small amount of water to seal the tofu mixture in. Repeat as many times as necessary.
