"Egg" Flavor Seasoning

This super easy Egg Flavor Seasoning will come in handy when trying to recreate egg-based version recipes! Keep it in your refrigerator for whenever you need it! 


– ½ C of nutritional yeast – 1 Tbsp of kala namak  Himalayan black salt – 1 tsp of onion powder – 1 tsp of turmeric – 1 tsp of paprika

Combine all ingredients in a small mouth mason jar and screw on a blender base. *note: All small mouth mason jars will fit a standard blender. *Do not use this method to blend hot food!*If you don’t have the ability to do it, you can just share your mason jar or storage container vigorously until thoroughly combined.

Blend for 30 seconds or until it is a fine powder. Store in a jar. Add 1 to 2 teaspoons to your recipe.
