– 1 block of Extra Firm Tofu. Water pressed and drained out.– 4 Nori Sheets– 1 C of Panko Bread Crumbs– 1 1/2 C of Flour (any flour is fine)– 1 C of Non Dairy Milk.– 1 tsp of Salt– 1 tsp of Old Bay– 1/2 tsp of Onion Powder– 1/2 tsp of Garlic Powder
Cut nori sheets in half lengthwise. Then cut the sheet into 3rds. You should end up with 6 pieces of nori per sheet.Place tofu strip on top of nori piece. Roll, and seal. You can seal the nori by dipping your fingers in a bowl of water, and running your wet finger across the seam.
In a bowl, mix 1 cup of flour, 1 cup of non dairy milk, old bay seasoning, onion powder, and garlic powder.On a plate, spread out 1 cup of bread crumbs and 1 teaspoon of salt.On another plate spread out 1/2 cup of flour.
