French Toast

This vegan french toast is so good it will have you wanting to make it every day.

Ingredients

– 3 slices of bread cut in half – 1 1/2 Tbsp of ground flax seed – 3/4 C of non dairy milk – 2 Tbsp of agave – 1 tsp of vanilla extract – 1/4 tsp of salt – 1/4 tsp of cinnamon – vegan butter for cooking (optional)

Mix together flax, milk, agave, vanilla, salt and cinnamon in a bowl large enough to lay the bread in.

Coat bread on both sides with batter then cook in a hot buttered (optional) pan. Cook on both sides until nice and golden brown. Top with powdered sugar, fruit, agave, whatever!
