– 3 slices of bread cut in half– 1 1/2 Tbsp of ground flax seed– 3/4 C of non dairy milk– 2 Tbsp of agave– 1 tsp of vanilla extract– 1/4 tsp of salt– 1/4 tsp of cinnamon– vegan butter for cooking (optional)
Coat bread on both sides with batter then cook in a hot buttered (optional) pan. Cook on both sides until nice and golden brown.Top with powdered sugar, fruit, agave, whatever!
