Green Pistachio Hummus

A super tasty green Pistachio Hummus recipe to enjoy! You absolutely have to give this delicious fancy spread a try and spread the word!

– 3/4 C of pistachios (roasted/salted) – 2 cans of garbanzo beans (reserve the water) – 1/4 C of olive oil – 1 Tbsp of cumin – 2 Tbsp of tahini (or more to taste) – 1/2 lemon, juiced – 3 garlic cloves – 1 Tbsp of chopped parsley (for garnish)


In the bowl of a food processor, add the pistachios, reserved garbanzo bean water and oil. Wiz on high for 1 minute.

Add the remaining ingredients (minus the parsley), wiz for 1-2 minutes, scraping down the sides occasionally.

Sprinkle the parsley on top of the hummus. Add a few pistachio pieces for a textural difference.
