Kale Pineapple Smoothie
This bright green smoothie Kale Pineapple Smoothie is so good we think you might squeak a little when you try it the first time.
- freshly squeezed orange juice - vanilla plant-based milk - head of kale - frozen banana - frozen pineapple chunks
Pour the juice and milk into a blender first, add kale and blend on high until well-blended.
Add frozen bananas and frozen pineapple and blend on high for about 40 seconds.
You don’t need a fancy high-speed blender to make nutritious and delicious smoothies!
Make sure you blend the greens with the liquid before adding the fruits, and once it’s fully blended, add the rest of the ingredients.
