Mushroom Vegan Steak

– 1 big oyster mushroom – 1 big potato – 3-4 cherry tomatoes cut into halves – 1 Tbsp of tahini – 1 Tbsp of water – 1 Tbsp of lemon juice – Salt, pepper, garlic powder – Fresh parsley

Cut the potatoes into strips and season with salt, pepper and a drizzle of olive oil. Roast them in the oven, set to 350 Fahrenheit, for about 45 to 55 minutes.

Meanwhile cook the mushroom on the griddle pan for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, season with salt and pepper.

Prepare the sauce by mixing all the ingredients together. The tahini, water, lemon juice, salt and pepper, garlic powder and parsley.

When the potatoes are ready, take them out and put them on a plate. Put the cooked mushroom on top and drizzle with the tahini sauce. Enjoy!
