You can never have too many grab n’ go snacks – especially when chocolate and peanut butter are involved. These no-bake chocolate peanut butter granola cups are a perfect grab n’ go breakfast, snack, or dessert.
– 1 ½ C of oats– ½ C of dried cranberries or raisins– 1 C of peanut butter– 2 Tbsp of maple syrup (agave works too)– 1 Tbsp of ground flax seeds– ½ C of vegan chocolate chips
Melt the chocolate chips and mix half of it into the bowl.Roll the dough into little balls, and push into a lined or lightly-oiled mini-muffin tin. You can use a regular sized tin as well, they just will be bigger.
