- yellow onion
- zucchini
- cabbage
- broccoli florets
- extra firm tofu
- vegetable broth
- lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
- Hot sauce

In a large pot over medium-high heat, heat the oil. Add the onions and saute for about 5 minutes, until they’re translucent and tender.
