Peanut Butter Cracker Sandwiches
This no-bake Peanut Butter Cracker Sandwiches recipe will allow you to make an awesome snack/dessert using 3 to 4 simple ingredients without doing much at all!
1 ¼ C of vegan chocolate chips
¼ to ½ C of smooth peanut butter
1 sleeve of snack crackers like Ritz or Late July
Crushed nuts or sprinkles for decoration (optional)
Create peanut butter sandwiches using peanut butter and crackers. Keep the peanut butter on the thinner side.
Melt the chocolate chips and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Dip each peanut butter sandwich into the chocolate and line them up on the baking sheet.
After coating all the cookies, put the tray into the fridge for 30-45 minutes. Keep chilled until you serve.
