Peanut Butter Stuffed Dates

These Peanut Butter Stuffed Dates are enough to bring any chocolate-loving, sweets-addicted person scrambling for some! They are so easy to make using just 3 main ingredients (nuts and sea salt being optional).


– 6 medjool dates – ¼ C peanut butter of creamy or crunchy – ½ C of vegan chocolate chips melted – 1 tbsp of chopped peanuts for garnish (optional) – Pinch of sea salt optional

Slice the medjool dates halfway lengthwise the length of the whole date, but make sure to not cut it all the way through widthwise.

Fill the center of each date with a spoonful of peanut butter.

Sprinkle the melted vegan chocolate with chopped peanuts and sea salt (if using). Place in the freezer for at least an hour and enjoy frozen.
