Pumpkin Chocolate Brownies
If you're thinking about how to curb your sweet afternoon cravings with a healthy treat then this pumpkin chocolate brownies will do the trick!
– 1 1/4 C of flour
– 1/2 C of cocoa powder
– 1 1/2 C of pumpkin puree
– 1/3 C of agave or maple syrup (sugar works too)
– 1/4 C of vegetable or canola oil
– 2 tsp of baking powder
– 1/2 tsp of salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Grease baking 9x9 inch (17x17 cm) pan.
In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients together thoroughly until completely smooth.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 25 minutes or until cake is almost set but the center wobbles slightly. (The brownie should be moist on the inside but now raw.)
Remove from the oven and allow to cool in the pan.
When it is completely cooled, cut into squares and enjoy.
