Salted Caramel Overnight Oats

For the Oats: – 1 C of oats – 1 tsp of cinnamon – 1 Tbsp of maple syrup – 1 C of plant-based milk – 1 Tbsp of chia seeds For the salted caramel: – 1/2 C of coconut oil – 1/2 C of maple syrup – 1/2 C of peanut butter – 1/2 tsp of salt

INSTRUCTIONS Mix the oat ingredients together in a cup/jar or bowl, and let them keep them in the fridge overnight.

For the caramel, place the coconut oil, maple syrup, peanut butter, and salt in a bowl and microwave them for 30 seconds - mix well. Serve and enjoy!
