Shiitake Asparagus Tofu Stir-fry

This Shiitake Asparagus Tofu Stir-fry will be your new go-to dish when in need of something super quick and easy yet flavorful and belly-filling at the same time!


- Olive oil and Sesame oil - Aromatics - Red pepper flakes - Green Onions - Shallot - Asparagus - Shiitake mushrooms - Tofu - Soy sauce - Cooked rice

Heat the pan or wok over high heat. Pour sesame and olive oil into the hot pan.

Add the aromatics and red pepper flakes.

Add green onions, shallots, asparagus, and mushrooms and stir continuously for 2 minutes.

Lastly, throw in tofu and soy sauce.

Give a quick stir for 3 minutes until the tofu has a golden brown color.

Serve hot over plain rice.
