– 10 cooking apples – 2 tbsp lemon juice – ½ cup  sugar – ¼ cup brown sugar – 3 tbsp flour – ½ tsp cinnamon – ¼ tsp nutmeg – 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice – 2 pre-made pie crust
