Vegan Mexican Hot Chocolate
Slightly more work than buying the powder in a can, this Mexican hot chocolate will warm you up and make the time spent worthwhile.
– 3 1/4 C of almond milk
– 2/3 C of semi-sweet chocolate chips
– 1 1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon
– 1/8 tsp of chili powder
– 1 tsp of vanilla extract
– Pinch of cayenne pepper
Over medium heat, add all ingredients to a saucepan.
Slowly mix until the chocolate melts.
