Vegan Zucchini Bread

This Vegan Zucchini Bread recipe is so easy to make using a few wholesome ingredients. A deliciously moist bread loaf done in three simple steps!


– ⅓ C of applesauce – ½ C of vegetable oil – 1 C of sugar – 1 C of grated zucchini – 1 tsp of vanilla extract – 1 ½ C of flour – ¼ tsp of salt – 1 tsp of baking powder – ½ tbsp of cinnamon – Optional add-ins - raisins, walnuts, chocolate chips, etc

INSTRUCTIONS Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

In a large bowl, mix together the applesauce, oil, sugar, zucchini, and vanilla in a bowl. Then add the remaining ingredients and whisk until thoroughly combined.

Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake for 50 to 55 minutes.
