Ingredients
1canof garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
1 1/2cupsof bbq sauce
1mediumtomato, diced
2stalksof celery, diced
2romaine lettuce leaves
2whole wheat tortillas
Instructions
In a medium pot, heat BBQ sauce.
When BBQ sauce is warm, add the beans.
Let the beans simmer in BBQ sauce for 10 minutes.
Serve beans on a tortilla and top with tomato, romaine, and celery.
