Melt the vegan chocolate chips in a microwave in 45-second increments. If it’s not melted, stir and try again. Keep a close eye to not burn the plant-based chocolate. It's easy to do!
Dip the top of the slices lightly into the vegan chocolate and then immediately dip it in the granola. Put on a plate and enjoy, or throw in the refrigerator to chill.
Use cold apples. They make the best refreshing snack!

Use plain granola. A granola that doesn't have a lot of "extras" like nuts, fruit, seeds, etc. will stick better to the vegan chocolate.
