Spicy Tempeh Bites
This is one of my favorite finger foods to throw together. These bites are easy to make, and you can use any hot sauce you like. Enjoy!

Ingredients
1
block
of tempeh
1/4
cup
of flour
1/4
cup
of any non-dairy milk
1-2
cups
of panko bread crumbs
1
cup
of your favorite hot sauce
Instructions
Pre heat oven to 425f.
Cut tempeh into small triangle pieces.
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Place tempeh in boiling water and let boil for 10 minutes.
Rinse tempeh in cold water and let dry.
Mix flour and almond milk in a bowl, and place panko crumbs on a plate.
Dip tempeh pieces in flour mixture and roll into panko crumbs.
Place on a non stick or greased baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes.
Place cooked pieces in a bowl and toss with your favorite hot sauce.
