Ingredients
1blockof extra firm tofupressed
1/2cupof BBQ sauce
2teaspoonsof hot sauce
1/4cupof water
3cupsof shredded cabbage
1green applediced
2teaspoonsof apple cider vinegar
2teaspoonsof brown sugar
1Tablespoonof Cajun seasoning
8slicesof bread
4pickle slices
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425f.
Mix BBQ sauce, hot sauce, and water in a bowl.
Place tofu in an 8x8 baking dish. Cover tofu with BBQ sauce mix.
Bake for 25 minutes, flipping every 8 - 10 minutes.
While tofu is cooking, place cabbage, apple, sugar, vinegar, and Cajun seasoning in a bowl and mix.
Remove tofu from oven and place on bread. Top with coleslaw and a pickle slice.
