Walnuts aren't your typical pesto nut, but I really love the flavor it brings to this pasta.

Ingredients

of penne pasta

bunch
of fresh basil
1/2
cup
of walnuts, toasted
1 1/2
large
avocados, mashed

Tablespoons
of lemon juice

cloves garlic, pressed
1/4

of olive oil
Sea salt to taste
1/2
cup
of sun-dried tomatoes
Instructions
Cook pasta according to its package.
In a blender or food processor, combine until smooth: basil, walnuts, avocados, lemon juice, garlic, and olive oil. Add salt to taste.
Warm sauce slightly, then add to drained pasta and top with sun-dried tomatoes.
