Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a food processor. Process until the mix is smooth.
Notes
Adjust the texture:
Pulse the food processor for a chunky dip with texture OR puree to your desired consistency.
Tweak the seasonings:
Taste it after blending and adjust any elements (spices, adobo sauce, lime juice, etc.).
To thicken/thin the dip:
