Strawberry overnight oats are the perfect answer to a quick breakfast you can easily make ahead, They only take a few minutes to throw together and they are easy to grab in the morning to eat quickly or carry on the go.
Blend all ingredients except the oats in a blender.
Add mixture to oats in a jar or a container with a lid.
Place in the refrigerator overnight or for at least 6 hours.
Notes
They need time to sit. The oats slowly absorb the plant-based milk while stored cold in the refrigerator. Depending on how soft you prefer your oats, they will need at least 6-8 hours until ready.
Use old-fashioned oats: While quick oats work fine, less processed oats give the overnight oats more texture.
