Strawberry Overnight Oats
I just discoved overnight oats was a thing and it’s my new obsession. So easy to make and so delicious!

Ingredients
1
cup
of rolled oats
1-2
pinches
of salt
¼
teaspoon
of vanilla extract
2
dates
¾
cup
of strawberries
1
Tablespoon
of maple syrup or agave (if you don't have this use any sweetener)

Tablespoon
of shredded coconut (can be left out of you don't have any)
1
cup
of coconut water and non dairy milk (use slightly more water than milk)
Instructions
Blend all ingredients except the oats in a blender
Add mixture to oats in a jar or something with a lid
pop in the fridge and in the morning (6ish hours)...
top with some jam
Notes
I love to eat these cold, but you can always add a touch more liquid and heat it up.
