Banana Green Smoothie
The key to any good smoothie is having frozen solid bananas.

Ingredients

cup
of coconut water
3/4
cup
of plant based milk
1/4
teaspoon
of vanilla extract
1/2
Tablespoon
of sweetener (I used coconut sugar but you can use agave or maple syrup)

cup
of loosely packed spinach
2-3
cups
of frozen sliced bananas (basically keep adding until it's super thick!)
ice...if ya want
Protein powder optional!
Instructions
I find it easiest with my wand blender to blend everything but the banana up first.
Add banana slices and blend again.
